How to return (part of) your order?
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Only orders placed online can be returned in the manner below. Orders placed in-store must be returned at one of our brand stores.
1. Register
Click the link below to register your return.
2. Pack
Pack your items. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
3. Send
This can be done at a delivery point near you.
4. Refund
After receiving your items at our warehouse, the amount will be
refunded within a few business days.
