• How do I place an order?

    Click on the blue ‘add to bag’ button on the product page to add the selected product to your digital shopping bag. You can complete your order both by logging in or by continuing without an account. Do you already have a Profuomo account? Log in with your email address and password. Do you wish to have an account? Create one during the order process so you will always have your personal details, orders and preferences at your fingertips.

    After completing the payment, a confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Within the Benelux, orders that are placed on working days before 5 pm will be delivered the next day.     Do you want to cancel your order? This is only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. A placed and confirmed order can not be cancelled or changed. 

  • Why did I not receive an email confirmation of my order?

    We advise you to always check your spam inbox as email confirmations sometimes end up here. If you’re sure you didn’t receive a confirmation of your order, please let our customer service know as soon as possible by filling out the contact form.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order up until the moment you receive an order confirmation by email. After that, it’s not possible anymore. If you have ordered multiple items, you can only cancel your entire order. Do you want to cancel your order? Please let our customer care know as soon as possible by filling out the contact form.

  • How do I use a discount code?

    Do you have a Profuomo discount code? You can use this code during the order process both in your shopping bag or on the payment page by clicking ''Apply Discount Code'' and fill in your discount code here. In both cases, the discount will immediately be deducted from the total amount of your order. Discount codes for online use are not valid in the Profuomo stores.

  • Can I still change my address?

    We can adjust the shipping address as long as your shipment has not been sent. If you wish to change the address, please let our customer service know as soon as possible by filling out the contact form
