What do I do if I have received a broken or discoloured item?
First of all, our apologies. This should obviously not be happening. We try to prevent this with regular quality checks, but unfortunately something can still go wrong. If you are dealing with a broken or discoloured item, please let our customer service know as soon as possible via the contact form. We will do our best to come up with a suitable solution.
How do I report a complaint about a purchased item?
Do you have a complaint about a Profuomo product that you have purchased in the webshop or in one of our stores? Please let our customer service know by filling out the contact form. Provide a description of your complaint, proof of purchase (a receipt or order number) and attach clear photos. We will process the complaint and do our best to come up with a suitable solution.
What is the warranty period?
All items purchased with Profuomo have a one year warranty.
In what case will you not compensate my complaints?
Complaints that are the result of wear & tear or failure to follow the washing instructions will not be compensated.

Are you dissatisfied with a Profuomo article that you have not bought at one of our own stores?
In this case our Profuomo reseller is responsible. We kindly ask you to contact the store of the purchase. This also applies to purchases made in the tax-free zone of Schiphol airport.
